The Golden Christmas: time for the grand finale

1. To participate in this promotion, players must be over 21 years of age and hold an account on www.goldenpalacedice.be.
2. This promotion starts on 01/12/2025 at 00:01 and ends on 25/12/2025 at 23:59.
Central European Time (CET) is used to determine the start and end of each promotional period.
3. “The Golden Christmas 2025” is a promotion that combines several different mechanics throughout the month of December, including: win boosts, tournaments, chests, wheels, secret missions, challenges, shop discounts, tickets for the Christmas Jackpot and physical gifts.
4. Players must meet the specific conditions of each mechanic to participate in the corresponding promotion. There are no additional fees to participate. The daily calendar surprises will only be available for the 24 hours of the corresponding day. For example, the surprise for Day 1 can only be claimed on December 1st from 00:01 CET to 23:59 CET. After that day ends, the surprise can no longer be claimed and/or used. No additional fee is required to participate in the activities; simply opening the box makes the player eligible for the action (unless stated otherwise).

6. Description of the mechanics:

The Grand Christmas Jackpot: €10,000, 3 prize pools.

- Pool 1: €1,000 equally distributed among players who have collected 2 out of 4 Golden Tickets.
- Pool 2: €3,000 equally distributed among players who have collected 3 out of 4 Golden Tickets.
- Pool 3: €6,000 equally distributed among players who have collected all 4 Golden Tickets.
- If a player possesses 1 or fewer tickets, they will not be eligible for the Grand Christmas Jackpot.

Tickets for the Christmas Jackpot: collect tickets to qualify for participation in the Grand Christmas Jackpot.
Win Boosts: a boost of X% calculated on the sum of the first 10 wins made on specific games, only eligible for this promotion when completing 10 winning spins. The percentage of the boost will be defined on the day of the action, with a maximum of €10 per day and per player. Boosts cannot be considered a bonus or a gift within the meaning of Article 60 of the Gambling Act.
Tournaments: leaderboards based on the number of wins obtained on a given game, with a fixed prize pool.
Mini-Games (Chests and Wheels): On the day of the action, opening the chest/spinning the wheel can only be done once per player. Once the mini-game has been completed, the points and winnings are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
Secret Missions: achieve a specific multiplier on designated games.
Challenges: win a certain amount on a specific game in a single spin and receive a €5 boost. Boosts cannot be considered a bonus or a gift within the meaning of Article 60 of the Gambling Act. One boost per player per day.
Shop Discounts: percentage discount on point-based purchases made in the Club Shop on the day of the action.
Physical Gifts: If the player does not wish to receive the gift, they may choose to be credited with the equivalent of 70% of the gift’s value to their Golden Palace account. Gift delivery is limited to Belgium. If the player has an address abroad, they may provide Golden Palace with a Belgian address for delivery or request the 70% alternative.

7. All rewards will be credited on the next working day following the related action. Persons working for Golden Palace Group may not participate in the Golden Palace Advent Calendar actions.
8. By participating in this promotion, players agree to receive informational messages related to this promotion. This consent only applies to communications concerning this promotion and does not affect the player’s other communication preferences.
9. For any matters not covered by these terms, the general terms of use of Golden Palace and the privacy policy apply to this promotion, and by participating, players acknowledge their acceptance of these documents.
10. In case of conflict between the different language versions of this document, the English version shall prevail.
11. In the event of a dispute with the organiser, the limited liability company B.W.C. (hereinafter “BWC SRL” or “GOLDEN PALACE”), with its registered office at 120 Avenue des Croix de Guerre, 1120 Brussels, registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number 0842.448.364, regarding this promotion—regardless of whether the dispute was initiated by Golden Palace or not—such dispute shall be settled exclusively by the French-speaking courts of Brussels.
12. Goldenpalacedice reserves the right to modify any part of this promotion or the promotion as a whole at its sole discretion.
