Terms: The Club’s tournament: “The Amusnet Spincredible Summer”
1. To participate in this promotion, players must be over 21 years old and have an account on www.goldenpalacedice.be.
2. This promotion starts on 01/08/2025 at 12:01am and ends on 31/08/2025 11:59 pm.
3. Central European Summer Time (CEST) is used to determine the start and end of each promotion period.
4. The Tournament of the Club "The Spincredible Summer" is a promotion which contains all the games from the provider Amusnet.
5. Players must play one of the games mentioned in point 4 in order to participate in this promotion. There is no contribution in order to participate in this tournament.
6. All the games mentioned in point 4 are participating in the tournament. A leaderboard can be found on the tournaments page of the Club. The leaderboard is based biggest multiplier in one single spin.

8. All winners of this promotion will be contacted within 5 working days starting from the end of this promotion.
9. Persons working for Golden Palace Group may not participate in the Club tournament. Points registration for the tournament is non-refundable.
10. If the player does not wish to receive the gift, he/she can choose to get the equivalent of 70% of the value of his/her winnings credited to his/her Golden Palace account.
11. Gifts are only delivered in Belgium. If the player has an address abroad, he/she can provide Golden Palace with a Belgian address where his/her winnings will be delivered, or can proceed as indicated in point 10.
12. By participating in this promotion, players agree to receive informational messages about this promotion. This permission only applies to communication about this promotion and does not affect player’s other communication preferences.
13. For anything that is not provided in these conditions, the Golden Palace general terms of use as well of the privacy policy apply to this promotion and by participating in this promotion, players declare to accept these texts.
14. In case of conflict between the different languages of this document, the English version is the one that is considered to be correct.
15. In case of a legal dispute with the organisator, the Limited Liability Company B.W.C (hereinafter "BWC SRL" or "GOLDEN PALACE"), whose registered office is located at 120 Avenue des Croix de Guerre, 1120 Brussels, registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under the number 0842 448 364, regarding this promotion, regardless if this conflict was initiated by Golden Palace or not, this dispute can only be ruled on by French speaking courts of Brussels.
16. Goldenpalacedice reserves the right to modify any part of this promotion or this promotion as a whole at its sole discretion.
