About the Club
How can I access the Club?
Click on the Club icon in the website header (to the right of the bell). Your benefits area opens instantly.
Why can’t I see the Club?
If the Club is not visible, your identity has not yet been verified. Go to your profile to complete the verification (via itsme or manually). Once validated, access to the Club is unlocked.
What can I do with my points?
Your Golden Points allow you to:

Missions
How do missions work?
No registration is required: your progress is tracked automatically.
Available tabs:
- Complete the proposed objectives
- Track your progress via the dedicated progress bar
- View rewards directly within each mission

What are missions?
These are challenges available in the Club that allow you to earn points by completing specific actions.
When are new missions available?
New missions are released on the 15th of each month.
My mission is not updating. What should I do?
Please wait up to 15 minutes after completing the mission. If it is still not validated, contact support for verification.
Tournaments
How do tournaments work?
Your goal: achieve the biggest multiplier.
Example: you bet €10 and win €100 → multiplier x10
Your best score is recorded in the leaderboard. If you reach a winning position, you receive the corresponding reward.

How much does it cost to join a tournament?
Entry costs 2,000 Golden Points.
When does the tournament start?
Each tournament begins on the 1st day of the month.
Where can I see the leaderboard?
Go to: Club → Tournaments → Select a tournament → Leaderboard

What can I buy in the shop?
You can exchange your Golden Points for:

When will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped within 7 business days after your purchase.
I haven’t received my order. What should I do?
If you have not received a tracking link from BPOST after 7 business days, please contact customer support.
Where is my order?
A tracking link will be sent by BPOST once your order has been shipped. You will also receive notifications with the estimated and actual delivery dates. Please check your inbox as well as your spam folder.
Can I view my purchase history?
Yes, click on the Replay icon at the top right of the shop.

From the 1st to the 5th of each month, you can open a mystery box: a random reward awaits (only one box per month).
